CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

The Construction Manager is responsible exclusively to the owner and therefore acts in the owner's interests at every stage of the project, augmenting the owner's staff with skilled, experienced and effective management.

Since construction projects can be highly complex, few owners maintain the staff necessary to effectively manage the construction process. The Construction Manager provides these valuable resources while acting solely in the interest of the owner.

The Construction Management format allows for the active involvement of the Construction Manager at the early stages of a project. Construction Management services, when applied throughout each stage of the project, provide the fundamental controls (cost, schedule and quality) necessary to minimize risk and maximize the potential for success.
