New construction of two 10 story, mid-rise luxury condominium buildings. The buildings were concrete cast-in-place with post-tension structural reinforcement. Units range in price from $400,000 to $1.5 million. Approximate Cost $50,000,000.

   

FRENCHMAN'S REEF MARRIOTT

St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands

Renovation of an existing, 500-room resort hotel located at the entrance to Charlotte Amalie harbor.  The resort was severely damaged by hurricane Marilyn. The project was completed in eight months on a “seven days a week, three shifts a day” schedule. Approximate Cost $30,000,000.

   

AT&T CABLE LANDING STATION

Butler Bay, St. Croix, US Virgin Islands

High security communications facility for the fiber optic undersea cable that provides the island of St. Croix with secure communications to the outside world. The building is a high security, steel, concrete and masonry structure (15,000 sq ft) with a stucco and rubble stone veneer. The project was completed using predominately local trade contractors. Approximate cost $5,000,000.
